Compass Computing Group, Inc. was formed in 1997 as an information technology company specializing in consultation on mainframe/midrange platforms, client server platforms, internet/intranet/development and training. We are a minority/women owned business that is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
Compass Computing Group, Inc. provides 2 types of services to our clients:
- IT Staffing - to satisfy short-term or long-term client requirements
- On-Demand IT - we provide all IT services for an organization at a fraction of the cost of a permanent IT department. Clients call us when they need us or create a schedule for routine services.
The keys to our success are (a) the quality and training of our people and (b) developing long term relationships with our clients.

ROBERT L. PHILLIPS
As president, Robert L. Phillips provides management of the day to day operation. Robert works with our clients utilizing his business and technical expertise, negotiates contracts, helps recruit talent, provides technical and quality assurance oversight and does technical interviews. Robert has over 15 years experience in IT.

FRANK BUBENIK
As finance officer, Frank Bubenik provides management of the day to day operation, works with clients by creating business and technical proposals, negotiates contracts, helps recruit talent, provides technical and quality assurance oversight, does technical interviews, processes payroll, handles employee benefits and bills our clients. Frank has over 14 years experience in IT.

JOHN TERRY
John Terry, the Director of Business Develpoment, works with our exisiting clients and also seeks new clients as well. He assists with recruiting candidates from numerous sources and does the initial screening. He also checks references, coordinates technical, HR and client interviews, negotiates rates and prepares candidate submittals to our clients. John has over 10 years experience in IT.

CHRISTINE CAVALLI
Christine Cavalli is our Recruiting Manager. She has a BBA in Marketing/Management from the University of Portland. She has 15 years experience in recruiting and placing qualified people in IT related positions. She has been involved in hiring the best employees and streamlining our recruiting process, while at the same time reducing costs. She has also been very instrumental in developing solutions that standardize our recruiting documentation and processes. |
